Ratio: 4 parts Reishi to 1 part Lions Mane.

General Herb Information.
Reishi mushrooms have traditionally been used for its immune enhancing abilities, anti-bacterial and anti-viral attributes. Also, to increase longevity, liver regeneration, neuroprotective properties, improvement to mood and to relieve depression.

It is said to be sedative tonic which may reduce stress and fatigue, improve sleep, and help with pain. Additionally, Reishi mushroom has been taken for cardiovascular conditions, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure, kidney and liver problems, rheumatism, as well as respiratory troubles.

Lions Mane has a long history of use in East Asian medicine, it might improve nerve development and function, and protect nerves from becoming damaged.
