100% Certified Vanuatu Noble Kava Root
This Five Star green kava is processed and packaged within 24 hours from harvest, making this the most superior kava blend that is processed out of Vanuatu. This kava powder is carefully processed to ensure that the end product is as close to fresh kava as you would find in a local nakamal (Vanuatu kava bar).
This high quality traditional blend of noble Kava has been made using the finest quality kava plants from the Vanuatu islands of Santo, Pentecost and Malekula.
Preparation Instructions.
Place approx. 35 grams (1/3 of a cup) in a strainer bag, tightly close and knead and squeeze in a bowl of warm water - approx. 600ml to 2 cups - for 5 to 10 mins.
Alternatively, place the desired amount of kava and cold water in a blender, blend for 4 mins, strain and chill.
Once ready, kava should be consumes in half cup servings and swallowed in 1 or 2 gulps. Wait 10 mins before drinking another serving. Kava works best when consumed on an empty stomach. Each person requires a different amount of Kava to enjoy its effect.
Dosage.
35g of powder to 600ml - 2 cups of water is common for one person, or around 250g of powder to 4L of water for a small group.
Additional Information.
