The root is considered an immune booster and is known for its ability to support healthy respiratory system function and relieve persist coughs. Osha may also aid in healing sore throats, assist stomach indigestion and may be useful for cramping and pain associated with stomach and duodenal ulceration.
Dosage.
Internally, 5-10 drops in some water or juice up to 3 times a day when the first signs of a cough, cold or flu are presented.
